Our policies

What to know before you book, in plain words.

Booking and deposits

Book online at any hour, or call. A first visit and any wedding visit take a deposit to hold your time; it goes toward your service. Aneta confirms by text or email, whichever you choose.

Canceling and running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit. Arriving late may shorten your visit, because the wax is warmed for your time and the next client's time is held.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without telling us, the deposit is kept. Aneta is glad to rebook you and will ask for a deposit again on the next visit.

Children and companions

Beeswax sees adults. A client under 18 comes with a parent or guardian, who signs the consent and waits in the front room while the visit happens. The room is small and private, so friends and companions wait in the hall.

Patch tests and allergies

Every visit starts with a patch test of the wax on a small spot, and you look at it together before anything else. At a first visit Aneta waits a little longer. Tell her about sensitivities at booking, on the booking page. Reactions can happen with any wax or product; if one does, tell Aneta and she will change the plan.

Redos and refunds

If hairs were missed, tell Aneta before you leave and she will go over the area again. If you notice it later, tell us within a week and we'll look at it together.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay.

Before your visit

At booking, Aneta tells you what to skip before your visit, such as exfoliating products or sun on the area, and how long your hair should be. The booking page's intake form asks the rest, so nothing medical goes in a message to us.

When to ask your doctor first

If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book. Tell Aneta when you book so she can plan the visit around it.

Book a time

Choose a time on Aneta's booking page, or send a message and she will reply by text or email.
