Questions

Short answers

What happens at a first visit?

A short check-in, then the patch test, then your consent, then the service you booked. Aneta goes through each step before she does it. Plan on a few minutes more than the service's time.

Why a patch test at every visit?

Aneta tests the wax on a small spot of your arm at the start of every visit, to check the temperature and how your skin is that day. At a first visit she waits longer and you look at the spot together.

How long should my hair be?

About a quarter inch, roughly three to four weeks of growth, so the wax can grip. If it is shorter, Aneta tells you to wait; if it is longer, she may trim it first.

How often should I come?

Most clients come every four to six weeks, and Aneta sets a schedule with you at your visit. Hair grows at its own pace, and results vary.

Can I stop in the middle of a visit?

Yes. Your consent is something you can take back at any point. Say stop and Aneta stops; you decide whether to go on, change the area or end the visit.

I'm getting married. When should I come?

Book a trial visit about a month before: the patch test, one or two services and a written plan. Then book the wedding-week visit two to five days before the day, so any redness settles.

Who should ask a doctor first?

If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book. Tell Aneta at booking so she can plan the visit around it.

What if my skin reacts?

Redness and a little warmth are common for a while after waxing. If a spot stings, swells or blisters, tell Aneta and call your doctor. She will note it and change the plan for your next visit.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

No. Beeswax is by appointment, so the room and the wax are ready for you. Call or text if you need a time soon and Aneta will tell you the next opening.

How does pricing work?

Prices aren't printed on this site. They depend on the service, the area and any add-ons, and the booking page shows them when you choose a service, before you confirm.

Still have a question?

Send a message and Aneta will reply by text or email, or choose a time on her booking page.
